Member-only offers and pearl notes continue at every level. The birthday amount and delivery allowance shown are the total for that level, not added to the levels below. Delivery allowances apply during your 12-month status period. Your confirmed Level 2–5 status is held for 12 months.

For a more personal relationship with PERLAVELLE. There is no automatic spending threshold; invitations are considered individually.

Membership details
Eligible spend means completed purchases after returns, refunds and discounts, excluding taxes, delivery charges, gift cards and any amount paid with a voucher. Keep purchases connected to the same account. Levels are reviewed using the previous 12 months of eligible spend; confirmed Level 2–5 status is then held for 12 months.
Each level-up voucher is issued once when you first reach that level and is normally valid for 60 days. Birthday rewards are issued once per year for use during the birthday month. Please record your birthday in advance and keep a valid email address on your account.
Rewards are personal, non-transferable and have no cash value. They cannot normally be combined with another promotion. Selected high jewelry, bespoke commissions, numbered or limited pieces, gift cards, taxes and delivery may be excluded. Delivery and care services are subject to eligibility and availability; the details supplied with each benefit apply.
