Five levels of points, exclusive discounts and birthday gifts.
Your tier follows your eligible spending in the past year. Each purchase leaves the total on its anniversary. Expiry and refunds recalculate your tier immediately, with no extra retention period.
Each tier's upgrade reward is awarded only once in your lifetime. If you skip levels, you receive every intermediate reward you have not received before. Returning to a previous tier does not award it again.
You can add your birthday in advance. Even if you first add it on your birthday, you can claim this year’s gift. Once per calendar year. Birthday changes take effect next year.

Rewards details
Paid orders earn points and tier spending from the merchandise amount after discounts, in US dollars. Shipping, taxes and gift card purchases are excluded.
Refunds reverse spending and points according to the original order. If refunded points have already been spent, future points first cover the outstanding adjustment. Points and vouchers have no cash value.
Spending and points expire on the same calendar date the following year, in the store's time zone; February 29 becomes February 28. New purchases or redemptions do not extend older points. Previously issued vouchers keep their original conditions.
